Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to sports venue bookings paid online on FitKhel (www.fitkhel.co.in). Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. FitKhel does not store your UPI details.

1. Paying for a booking

• Venue bookings are paid online at the time of booking, by UPI (any UPI app, QR or UPI ID).
• Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is successful. You will see a booking code in My bookings.
• FitKhel charges players no booking fee. The amount you pay is the venue's price for the slot.
• If money is deducted but the booking is not confirmed (for example, the slot was taken while you were paying), the full amount is refunded automatically.

2. Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a confirmed booking from My bookings any time before the slot starts. How much you get back depends on the cancellation policy the venue has chosen, which is shown on the venue page and before you pay:

• Flexible: full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before the slot.
• Moderate: full refund up to 24 hours before; 50% refund up to 6 hours before.
• Strict: full refund up to 48 hours before; 50% refund up to 24 hours before.
• No refunds: no refund once booked.

Cancellations after these times, after the slot has started, or no-shows are not refunded.

3. Cancellations by the venue

If the venue cancels your booking for any reason, you receive a full refund.

4. Weekly repeat bookings

Each week of a repeat booking is a separate booking and can be cancelled on its own under the venue's policy. Weeks that were already taken when you booked are not charged.

5. Refund timelines

• Refunds are started immediately when a cancellation is accepted and go back to the UPI account you paid from.
• They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

6. Coaches and trainers

1-on-1 sessions with coaches, trainers and dance instructors are paid directly to the coach at the session and are not covered by online refunds. Please contact the coach for changes.
